Shipping policy

It’s important to note your order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Note: potential delays may exist due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7 flat rate shipping to all countries we service. 

Free shipping offers (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75) appear on our site from time to time.

Local delivery

As our warehouse logistics is set to optimize delivery, our items are not necessarily at our NY office. Therefore, local delivery is equal to any other delivery Deliveries are made from 8AM – 5PM on weekdays. You may contact us via text message at 516.244.2216 asking to notify you of the day of arrival.

In-store pickup

We do not offer in store pickups.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all European, the Far East and selected African countries

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please allow 8 to 20 days for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PlusMotif is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@plusmotif.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Regular USPS and regular air mail will deliver to PO Boxes. UPS and Fedex will not.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@plusmotif.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
