Plus Size Clothing Returns
Our store aims at providing your apparel just as ordered and in the right size. In the event there is an issue, our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods. This includes all lingerie & sleepwear. As well as custom made wedding dresses and any other custom made apparel.

Deliberate duplication of sizes ordered with the intention of returning one back.
Note: Since our plus size clothing are shipped directly from factory in the far east, they are sold well below market value. As the cost to return is borne by the customer back overseas, often it makes sense to simply keep the item, gift away or donate.
To complete your return, we require your order ID,
- Wait for us to provide an RMA # to be marked on package.
- You'll have to provide a return tracking number to address shown on the package from our factory outlet overseas that it is being returned to.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The return will be overseas to our factory direct and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. A refund or exchange cannot be processed until the return is in hand which at times may take up to 2-3 months depending on how it was sent back. We recommend a reliable courier with tracking to view it's whereabouts at all times.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address shown on the package clearly marking it as a return from your shipping address. We require your shipping address to identify the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our overseas warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item has not yet arrived and for some reason want to return it, you may reject the package for a "return to sender". This may save you shipping costs back to our factory overseas. Note, this may take considerable time and we must receive the package back before a credit is issued. You may want to weigh the sensibility of the return (products value(s) and overseas time to return before choosing this option.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancelled orders will be provided on a best efforts basis as possible and incur a 20% restocking fee. Cancellation fees are incurred so long as we guarantee delivery of ordered item and customer chooses to cancel.Cancellation costs include among others, prepackaging, labeling, printing receipts, manually crediting charge, internal notification, customer communication and follow up, support time, documentation and re-inventorying items internally based on demand This takes enormous amount of effort, time and resources and the cancellation fee does not cover our costs as we absorb loss with cancelled orders. So when ordering, if you have any questions, please email or call us to confirm any further details as we want to deliver to your satisfaction.
Cancellations will not be honored on claim of late arrival if any of the following conditions apply:
- order is in progress and promised to deliver on time.
- order has already shipped to arrive at it's intended date.
- the date was omitted from the order 'notes' during checkout
- a standard shipping method under $20 chosen rather than express as needed.
- After order is in transit, notification to us of a previously unknown 'required date'.
All customers must be familiar with our return and cancellation policy prior to ordering and are fully responsible to adhere to them. We try our best to deliver all goods as ordered yet our policies are intended to protect against unreasonable and unfair claims against us.
